November 2026 Cash App Giveaway — Official Rules
Participation in November 2026 Cash App Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes agreement to these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by The Fade Department (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligibility is subject to verification.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2026 at 1:27 AM EDT and ends September 30, 2026 at 1:27 AM EDT (the “Promotion Period”). The promotion contains four weekly entry windows configured by Sponsor. Sponsor’s website records serve as the official timekeeping system.
4. How to Enter
During an active weekly entry window, visit https://thefadedepartment.com/giveaway/ and submit the official form with a valid email address, Cash App $Cashtag, the correct stream title and weekly secret word, required eligibility certifications, and acceptance of these Official Rules and the Giveaway Privacy Notice. A KICK username may be provided but is not required.
The stream title and secret word are made available through free The Fade Department content. Entry is free. No purchase, payment, donation, KICK follow, KICK like, KICK subscription, KICKs/Gifts, TTS purchase, merchandise purchase, or other expenditure is required. Following The Fade Department on KICK is recommended only as a convenience so a viewer can more easily know when streams occur and where to find weekly entry information; following does not itself create an entry.
5. Weekly Entry Verification
Each weekly submission is checked against the title and secret word configured privately by Sponsor for that week. The title comparison is case- and punctuation-tolerant. The secret word is checked server-side and is not published in the giveaway page source. A submission with incorrect weekly credentials is not accepted.
6. Double Opt-In Verification
Submitting a correct weekly form creates a provisional weekly entry only. Sponsor sends a unique verification link to the submitted email address. The entrant must click that link within 24 hours of submission. An unverified provisional entry is not eligible. Optional marketing and partner-sharing choices are separate from entry and are not required to enter or win. If an entrant affirmatively checks either optional box, clicking the same verification link also confirms the selected optional email preference.
7. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) eligible confirmed entry per person per weekly entry window, with a maximum of four (4) eligible confirmed entries per person during this Sweepstakes. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or devices, or resubmitting the same weekly credentials does not create an additional eligible entry. Sponsor’s server-side records control the entry limit.
8. TFDID and Privacy-Safe Identification
Entrants receive a pseudonymous TFDID. Sponsor may use the TFDID to publish or announce selected winners without publicly displaying an email address or Cash App $Cashtag. Entrants should retain their TFDID. A TFDID is not a password, does not by itself prove identity, and is not sufficient to claim a prize.
9. Cash App Information
The Cash App $Cashtag is collected for Sweepstakes administration and potential prize delivery. Providing a $Cashtag does not authorize Sponsor to access the entrant’s Cash App account. Sponsor will never request a Cash App password, PIN, debit-card PIN, online banking credentials, or Social Security number merely to enter or receive a prize.
10. Prizes
4 separate winners will each receive $25.00 USD, for a total approximate retail value of $100.00. Limit one (1) prize per person. Sponsor intends to deliver prizes through Cash App. If Cash App cannot lawfully or reasonably be used, Sponsor may use an equivalent lawful payment method. No fee or payment is required to receive a prize.
11. Odds
Odds depend on the total number of eligible confirmed weekly entries. A person with more eligible weekly entries has more opportunities to be selected, up to the four-entry maximum. Once a person is selected as a potential winner, that person’s remaining entries are removed from subsequent winner selections so the prizes are awarded to 4 different people.
12. Random Winner Selection
On or about December 14, 2026, after the Promotion Period ends and applicable verification periods expire, Sponsor will freeze the eligible-entry list. The privacy-safe drawing file may contain a TFDID once for each eligible weekly entry, together with the week number and an internal ticket ID. Potential winners will be selected using a documented computer-generated random process. For each selection, all remaining entries belonging to a selected TFDID will be removed before selecting the next potential winner. Sponsor may retain the frozen list, SHA-256 hash, drawing date/time, selection method, selected TFDIDs and alternates.
13. Winner Notification and Identity Verification
A selected TFDID will be mapped privately to the verified email address associated with that entrant. Sponsor will send a one-time secure winner-verification link to that same verified email address. The potential winner must complete that email-based verification within 48 hours unless Sponsor provides a longer period. This confirms control of the verified email associated with the selected TFDID; possession or knowledge of a TFDID alone does not establish entitlement to a prize. Sponsor may also verify age, residence, eligibility, and the submitted $Cashtag. If a potential winner cannot be verified, does not timely respond, is ineligible, violated these Rules, declines the prize, or cannot lawfully receive it, Sponsor may select an alternate using the same process.
14. Prize Delivery
After verification, Sponsor will send the prize to the verified winner’s designated Cash App $Cashtag or an agreed lawful alternative. Sponsor may ask the winner to reconfirm the $Cashtag before payment. Sponsor will never require the winner to send money or pay a fee before receiving the prize. The winner is responsible for tax obligations imposed by applicable law.
15. Winner Announcement
Sponsor may announce a verified winner by TFDID and, if voluntarily authorized by the winner, by a public-facing KICK username. Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner’s email address, Cash App $Cashtag, residential address, payment credentials, or other non-public personal information merely because the person won.
16. Prohibited Conduct
Sponsor may disqualify entries for exceeding weekly entry limits, automated entry attempts, fraudulent identities, materially false eligibility information, tampering, sharing or manipulating the verification system, interference with the drawing, or other material violations of these Official Rules.
17. Technical Problems
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot be completed because of technical conditions outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If fraud, security incidents, system failures, platform outages, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion to the extent permitted by law while attempting to preserve a fair selection process.
18. Privacy
Information collected for the Sweepstakes will be handled under the Giveaway Privacy Notice and the broader TFD Privacy Policy. Giveaway entry does not require marketing consent. If an entrant separately and affirmatively opts in, the verified email address may also be used for TFD marketing/affiliate communications and, if separately selected, may be shared with selected marketing partners for their offers.
19. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by The Fade Department. KICK Streaming Pty Ltd is not a sponsor, administrator, operator, or endorser. Block, Inc., Cash App, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, operators, or endorsers. Cash App is referenced solely as the intended method of prize delivery.
21. Acceptance
By successfully completing a weekly entry and email-verification process, each entrant acknowledges having read and agreed to these Official Rules.
